True fact: I (Sarah) was a very sheltered child and my mother packed me very carefully nutritionally planned lunches for the first ten years of my life. When I finally started eating the catered lunch at school I was convinced that two-thirds of the meal was going to be plopped directly into my hands because only one item was "on tray" each day.
