Sarah's mixture of herbs and spices for making ranch dressing or other ranch-seasoned nonsense. This one involved a lot of trial and error. It's pretty good if I do say so myself.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs, or 3 finely crushed saltine crackers (sub gluten free crackers if desired)
- 4 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp finely ground black pepper
Directions
Mix the above ingredients thoroughly in a bowl, or grind together in a mortar and pestle. Makes enough spice mixture for 8 to 12 cups of Ranch dressing. Store in an airtight container until needed.
