Leftover dal tadka becomes a tasty grilled sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 thick slices sandwich bread (rustic seeded bread is nice)
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup dal tadka, previously chilled to thicken
- 1 tbsp cilantro (coriander) chutney
- 1 very thin slice onion
- Dash garam masala
Notes
Coriander chutney should be available at any Desi market.
