On 6 March 2025 at 14:37 PST, we became aware of a newly-registered user posting apparent CSAM images to public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's account, redacted all their posts, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, connection times, and the content posted. NCMEC makes this information available to law enforcement.

On 7 March 2025 at 10:45 PST, we became aware of a newly-registered user posting apparent CSAM images to public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's account, redacted all their posts, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, connection times, and the content posted. NCMEC makes this information available to law enforcement.

On 9 March 2025 at 12:15 PST, we became aware of a user who had registered 3 new user accounts and was spamming apparent CSAM images to multiple public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's accounts, redacted all their posts, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, connection times, and the content posted. NCMEC makes this information available to law enforcement.

On 22 March 2025 at 14:52 PDT, we became aware of an existing user account posting graphic spam images, including apparent CSAM images, to public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's account, redacted all their posts, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, connection times, and the content posted. NCMEC makes this information available to law enforcement.

On 24 March 2025 at 03:37 PDT, we became aware of a newly-registered user posting graphic spam images, including apparent CSAM images, to public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's account, redacted all their posts, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, connection times, and the content posted. On 27 March 2025 at 06:19 PDT, we became aware of a newly-registered user posting graphic spam images, including apparent CSAM images, to public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's account, redacted all their posts, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, connection times, and the content posted. NCMEC makes this information available to law enforcement.

On 5 April 2025 at 12:57 PDT, we became aware of a newly-registered user posting graphic spam images, including apparent CSAM images, to public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's account, redacted all their posts, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, connection times, and the content posted. NCMEC makes this information available to law enforcement.

On 5 December 2025 at 20:10 PST, we became aware of an existing user who had posted multiple apparent CSAM videos to public Matrix rooms. We deleted the user's account, removed all their media, and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children including details of the user's contact information, IP addresses, ISP, connection times, and the content posted. NCMEC makes this information available to law enforcement.
